What is Cabos?

Cabos is a sourcing platform: you describe the candidate persona you need, Cabos pulls matching LinkedIn profiles, evaluates them, and runs outreach to the ones you pick. See Sign Up & Create a Project for a walkthrough.

How does sourcing work?

You define a Segment — the persona you're looking for — and add one or more candidate lists by describing the target audience in plain language. Cabos turns your description into LinkedIn filters, pulls matching profiles, and evaluates them against your criteria. See Segments for the full flow.

Do I need to connect my own LinkedIn account?

Yes. Outreach is sent from a real LinkedIn account that you (or a teammate in your organization) connect, and that account must have an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription — Cabos uses Sales Navigator searches to source profiles. After connecting, you authenticate via either a mobile app push or an SMS passcode. See LinkedIn Accounts.

How are seats counted? Is it per-user or per-org?

Per organization. Each seat is one LinkedIn account the organization can connect, and that account is shared across every project in the org. You don't repurchase per project or per teammate. See LinkedIn Accounts → Buy seats.

How many outreach messages can Cabos send per day?

To keep your LinkedIn account safe, Cabos caps each connected account at 40 connection requests/day and 30 InMails/day (and 150 connection requests/week). Outreach is only sent during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM local time in the account's timezone). See LinkedIn Accounts → Limits for the full list.

How do I get help or report an issue?
